Safety Workshop for Refineries and Laboratories
An interactive workshop will be held from 09:00 to 12:00 on Wednesday 15 March, where several short presentations on various safety topics will be given. Participants can ask questions and discuss the issues being presented and pose questions to the group on issues of interest. Join us to see what the current trends and issues are for safety in precious metal refineries and laboratories.

Bureau Veritas Commodities Tour
The Bureau Veritas Commodities Tour, to be held from 8:30 to 15:00 on Wednesday 15 March, provides an opportunity to cover all aspects of Bureau Veritas' analytical work and methods (e.g. XRF, Fire assay, ICP with a focus on the precious metals). The tour will follow the process from sample receipt right through to final results to show delegates the lab controls and step by step processes that Bureau Veritas use to get the most accurate results on each sample received. There will be a short introduction to the company and Q&A’s during the tour with the lab personnel.
